Our Help
Policy - if you've got a problem we can solve in a few minutes come in
anytime, BUT if it's going to be a bit more complicated it's best to come to
one of the drop in groups - Tues 6-8pm, Wed 11am-1pm, Sat 9:30-11:30, cost is
$10. If you can't make it those times we can set up a private session
($10/30 minutes) on Tuesday or Thursday before the shop opens AND if you have
yarn/pattern that you purchased somewhere other than us and you need help with
it, it will only be done in the drop in groups or private session. If you
come in during regular business hours you are taking us away from the people
who support us. You wouldn't buy a refridgerator from Sears and then go
to Home Depot to have them explain the manual. Well, it's the same thing
here. We have enough on our plates we don't need to take on another shops
products. Everything we sell we support. We have a vested interest
in you finishing your project and enjoying it. Our first priority has to
be the people who buy their yarn from us. If you bought your materials
somewhere else ask them for help or come to a group.
